Gina Jeneroux

Gina Jeneroux is the Head of BMO’s Institute for Learning. She is a business-focused professional, designer and storyteller who drives people to think differently. Through more than 30 years in the banking industry, Gina has built a reputation for action and excellence, with deep experience in design thinking, strategies and solutions that make an impact. As head of BMO's corporate university, Gina leads the focus on advancing "human performance" through enterprise learning and experience design, development, delivery, operations and governance. She also oversees BMO's learning sites in Toronto, Montreal, Chicago and Naperville. Gina leads a team of strategists, instructional designers, marketers, graphic designers, web developers, social media experts, videographers, photographers, planners and hospitality professionals. Together, they leverage the full "continuum” of learning, performance support, communication and storytelling – and forge a strong link between BMO's customer brand and employer brand to create solutions that provide great experiences for employees so they are inspired to deliver great experiences to customers. Gina holds an MBA, Financial Services from Dalhousie University, and she is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
