Robin Mahadeva leads the HR Enterprise Learning and Development team at OMERS Administration Corporation. In partnership with Global HR Business Partners, Robin is responsible for leading the enterprise learning and development strategy and fostering a continuous learning culture across the organization.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Robin has lead global learning and development solutions in customer service, operations, sales, finance, investments and human resources. Her expertise in workplace learning, change, leadership development and organizational design allows her to be successful in elevating the capabilities of new and developing employees, leaders and teams. Robin holds an MEd from the University of Toronto and is a certified ODCP with the Institute of Organizational Development (IOD).
Robin lives in Toronto with her husband and two sons.
