As Director, People Development for Randstad Canada, Wesley has been an influential contributor to the design and execution of its world-class Talent Management Strategy. Randstad is a global leader in human capital solutions that helps people and organizations around the world reach their true potential. Wesley combines over 15 years of leadership and change management expertise, with over 1000 hours of executive and team coaching experience. He has studied a variety of coaching modalities, including the agile and systemic team approaches. He has a passion for creating development programs that enable employees to reach their full potential. His background in behavioral and organizational psychology has led to many successful organizational changes and development strategies. He is an advocate for a “purpose driven” workforce, in which employees can engage in meaningful work that is in alignment with both their individual goals, and those of the organization. He is most interested in evolving the conversation away from employee engagement - and focusing on employee fulfillment.

Wesley’s progressive - and unconventional - approach to Talent Management has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Society for Human Resource Management, based on his leading-edge thinking and unique perspective on the changing world of HR. He was also invited to speak on Leadership, Engagement and Creating a Culture of Performance and Accountability at the 2016 Human Capital Institute Conference. Wesley is a certified Co-Active Coach and working towards his certification as an Organizational and Systems Awareness Coach.
